Manifesting Mindfulness with Michelle Becht

Wheels

https://worthcompare.com/tgmzcsj8 Turbulent times call for calming measures - That is why we sat down with Michelle talking about all things including: lifestyle, mindfulness and kicking ass.

GIRL CRUSH

The first time I saw Michelle was at the Oana standing wave in Ebikon, near Lucerne. Her intimidating beauty and her warm smiles make her one of the most amazing people I know. We quickly hit it off by exchanging experiences, thoughts and points of view and Michelle is now my go to person whenever I wish to talk about intimate situations. The twenty-two-year-old woman has a very aware and humble mind.

Michelle is in a never-ending learning process.
“Life is always a journey and there will never be a point where one thinks, “wow, now I’ve made it, I’m always happy and fulfilled and just the best version of myself”.”– Michelle mentioned.
Between school and activities, she recently finished her yoga instructor course and is currently educating herself about mindfulness. She believes in a healthy lifestyle where the mind, the body and its surroundings are connected.

https://asperformance.com/uncategorized/waihby1f “To feel aware of your body, to feel connected to yourself is literally the best thing ever. It gives you a feeling of belonging and trust, without needing anyone around to give you that feeling, it heightens your energy and your lust for life in such a healthy way.” – Michelle stated.

A LIFESTYLE OF SLIDE AND GLIDE

https://www.worldhumorawards.org/uncategorized/py61d8o Before getting into the yoga movement, Michelle started surfing a few years back. She worked in a Surf Camp by the Atlantic for a few summers and Oana was her working haven during her university years. Surfing forces you to grow an incredible balance and control of your body, in order to connect with your board and with the surrounding nature. When you surf, your mind shuts down and your focus goes fully towards the action about to happen. All your problems vanish, it’s just you and your board, acting together to embrace the power of the ocean and to make the magic happen.

Tramadol 50Mg Buy Online Uk Board sports belong fully to our lifestyle and that’s one more interest I share with Michelle. During the Corona times, where traveling is not an option, we joined up forces with YOW, which is a skate brand designing the coolest surf-skates, to ride our city concrete. Skating together has been such a blast and we are grateful to enjoy some surf movements even if the bails on the hard grounds are gnarlier then in the shallow water.

MINDFULLNESS

I’ve been following Michelle’s growth for the past two years and she is now advising and coaching me towards my personal goals. She emphasises and adapts her insights to my vices and habits – knowing that I like to drink and that I’m not much of a yoga person. So far, I love her guidance and she became the first person to trigger my attention towards mindfulness instead of my limitless interest in wine. “I am not considering myself an expert, but I really do feel like some small things could help you connect to yourself – doing these things consciously, building them into your routine, that’s what makes them powerful. So, go into this little lifestyle-change with excitement and fun! My experience shows, that quite unconsciously you will feel the benefits. So be patient and just embrace the little exercises throughout your day.” – Michelle said.

This article is an introduction about what this mindfulness is about and should give a couple of tips and tricks about how to reach it.

INTERVIEW

https://www.lcclub.co.uk/fkv7to2mozw When was the trigger moment that guided you towards mindfulness?

https://wasmorg.com/2024/03/07/jjmrvdwyj Since ever, I have been very consumed by my mind – the world, it’s injustices and other big questions always weighed very heavy on me. When I started to practice yoga and really dove more and more into it, I realised how beneficial mindfulness is to cope with ourselves and our surroundings. It has taught me to trust in the power of love and compassion, to be able to guide myself in a healthier direction regarding mental health and to love myself more than ever. And that self-love is the first step towards a better world. So yeah, I guess the trigger was just finding this world of mindfulness and starting to use it!

Ordering Tramadol From India How do you connect the surfing and skating lifestyle to yoga and mindfulness? Why do you think that brands like YOW promote yoga and mindfulness through their brands values and channels?

Tramadol Bula Anvisa Ah, surfing! The sensation of a massive body of water surrounding you, you being such a small player in the infinite blue – it’s like finding back to the core of your being! Just already the ocean itself is a place of serenity, of leaving all your worries behind for a while. And then the surfing: taking off on a wave, learning with every wave and experiencing the best feeling ever of rushing down the face of a wave, one with the ocean and your body.

Tramadol Online Order Also having worked with the NGO Waves4Change in Muizenberg, South Africa, the effect that the ocean and surfing has on the mental health of young kids shows what a powerful tool surfing is.

https://worthcompare.com/70vygkwdzx Skating for me is so much fun, it gives you time to just be with yourself once again, to practice new things, to challenge yourself. There is so much potential in skating and surfing to bring people together, to support each other through practicing sports. And for me, this literally is mindfulness: making sure your friends are alright, being challenged in a healthy way, finding tools to cope and doing something that can infuse a feeling of belonging – with yourself and the community around you.

Mindfulness isn’t just a “yoga-thing”, it flows into everything in life and it is becoming more and more important – mostly regarding the times we find ourselves in now. I really enjoy brands like YOW because they produce locally, they aren’t as massive as other brands and they still do such an amazing job in making everyone feel included and special! It’s not just for the rock stars of skate, but for anyone who dreams of some board-fun. Also, I feel like surfing, skating and yoga just go hand in hand – as sports they complete each-other, and thus mindfulness is a big part of it, too!

Rx Tramadol Online Tramadol Online Fedex Next Day Talking about connection to nature and people, the corona situation got us locked in a very physically unconnected environment where people felt lonely and distanced. What can we do to reconnect?

https://asperformance.com/uncategorized/qkac2e0w398 My take on all of this is, that re-connection between us humans, as to ourselves, as to nature is going to happen when we manage to be aware of our surroundings, of our actions. Before this pandemic, I feel the human race was developing into a bunch of headless chickens, running around, minding their own business, over-working themselves and exploiting other humans and the planet. Reconnection should mean awareness instead of ignorance, kindness instead of ego, love instead of hate. Maybe then we can actually build a trust in each other that’s deeper than before and thus feel reconnected in an authentic way. Sounds utopic? Possibly, but we individuals have more power than we think!
Use this time to reflect, to be inspired and inspire and to act with your heart leading your actions.

https://musiciselementary.com/2024/03/07/m718d82ypq What are the learnings to take out of the corona period?

https://elisabethbell.com/duoikh6bo Aah, so many!! The power and importance of nature (Is it just me or does everything look greener than ever before? I like to believe so!). That less is more. That we need to change the way we live – that we all have a role to play in this. And that connection is so important – and to gain it all back we all have to behave and stand in solidarity to each other.

https://www.mominleggings.com/ybdwpc5 https://ncmm.org/q3dnm9me The countries are still partially closed and it looks like this situation will continue. For all the surfers and active people, what do you recommend to keep the active living and a good body/health balance?

Lowest Priced Tramadol Online See this situation as a new playground! Embrace nature that so vastly surrounds us, be creative and do some fun things indoors if you can’t go out: Yoga flows of course! Or do some air boxing or hula hooping, skate through your flat (at your own risk… sorry to all the flat mates out there!). Have fun! There’s so much out there (or rather in your own four walls) you can discover.

https://wasmorg.com/2024/03/07/5sw8xuck7n I also think that creating a routine at the moment is super helpful. Get up in the morning (not at noon!), take time to yourself to read, do sports, paint, cook new recipes. Check in with friends and family, write, sing, dance. The world still is your oyster – and right now, time is all we have, so use it!

What are some basic things people could do to feel more connected to themselves without the need of someone else?

Dedicate time to yourself. I can’t say that enough. A lot of us are so used to being surrounded by friends and family all the time. And it is scary not to have that. But try and embrace it. Put your phone away and just enjoy being with yourself. To connect with yourself means to actually spend time with yourself. Feel into your body, move however you want to. Write down your thoughts and feelings, sing, dance.

http://countocram.com/2024/03/07/ei174ic My daily alone-time contains a few elements. I also don’t manage to do all of it every day – it shouldn’t feel like you have to do these things, but mostly they come in handy sometime during the day:
– I do a meditation, focusing on an intention I feel drawn to or I feel I want to invite more of into my day (I am present, I feel calm, I am radiating energy, …).
– I do a yoga flow or a workout or any physical activity. Mostly I mix it all up a bit!
– I love to spend time doing things I maybe don’t do often enough. Be it playing the guitar, going out for a skate, reading, dancing in my room all by myself. Painting, writing, walking in nature.

Feel your body, be aware of your mind. And don’t be scared to try new things, to get a bit silly. It makes life some lightness and deeper connection, I promise!

At the moment I am not that active, as I am a busy student with exams awaiting me, yay. But I hope – so so much – that after exams I can focus on building on my passion and love for yoga, for bringing people together, for mindfulness. More specifically, I hope to be able to physically teach yoga, but also work on my Instagram page to promote meditations and yoga flows. My dream is further to start women or topical circles, where we can be, discuss and exchange in a save group of people. To bring mindfulness, mental health and empowerment to the same table! So yeah, stay tuned!
