Nine years after his last victory in LAAX, the Japanese, who also competed in the 2021 Summer Olympics in skateboarding, took the win. The happy soon to be dad, Jan Scherrer, finally made it onto the podium at Crap Sogn Gion with an incredible second run after being in fourth place multiple times at the LAAX OPEN. Third place goes to Shaun White, a great way for the triple Olympic champion to reappear at the LAAX OPEN.
